The Effect of Daily 10 Minute Sprints on my Resting Heart Rate

I tested this out for a week, and tracked it with my Oura ring — the results were shocking.

I have been tracking my heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep for over a year now with my Oura ring. I’ve noticed how things like alcohol, arguments, late night meals or even general stress affect my sleep and heart rate (for the worse) and I’ve also noticed when I manage all those things, my body is really consistent.
